*All prices can change due to character complexity. But don't worry, I will tell you the price before starting.

*I might take up to 1 month to complete your commission, but if I need more time I will warn you. If this happens, you have the option to either wait or to ask for a refund. However, I often finish commissions in one week after starting it.

*If I've already sent you an sketch of your commission, you can no longer request a refund. But, you can ask me to change things in the sketch. Once you give an okay, I will finish your commission!

*If I don't finish the commission during those two months, and I don't give you any warnings, you're free to ask for a refund.

*You have to pay me after you've said the sketch is good to go before I finish the art.

*The price will be multiplied by the quantity of characters you want to add in the art. So if you want two characters, for example, it will be the original price x2.

*I work with digital references. If you decide to send me a traditional reference without the digital colors, or to give me a written description, be aware I can make mistakes. I'm willing to fix things if you ask me, but only small things after you've accepted the sketch.

*I have the freedom to decline your commission without giving an reason why.

*You're free to ask me about your commission's progress, but don't overdue it. It's okay to ask me monthly. But please, don't rush me.

*Be aware that the character's color palette might be slightly changed because of the lightning and shading of the piece or because of the effects.

*If you've bought an custom, you're free to use it in commercial works such as comics, merchandise and others, but don't resell an design for more than you've bought if you don't have additional art.

*Whenever possible give me credit for the art/design.

*If I have more art in my to-do list, I will focus on doing per date of commission. I will warn you once i've started yours!

*If you want a refund DON'T REQUEST IT THROUGH PAYPAL. Ask me through a message and I will refund you.
